Wendy Temira founded Be Free Bookkeeping & Financial Services in 1989 with a vision toward building a full service bookkeeping company that provides clients with quality accounting services, personal attention, and round the clock access to data. Wendy, known as the "accountant's bookkeeper,'" structured Be Free to fill the gap between reports prepared by full charge bookkeepers and the format required by CPAs in preparing taxes and business financials. Czarina Padilla, a bookkeeping wizard, worked with Wendy for a number of years. In January 2015, Czarina assumed the ownership role at Be Free Bookkeeping and opened her own office. Wendy currently consults with Be Free. 

 

Wendy began her college studies at University of California Berkeley and then moved to Goucher College (Johns Hopkins sister school) where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. At University of California Los Angeles, she did post-graduate work in Accounting and in Art. She is a QuickBooks ProAdvisor and a certified Sleeter Group advisor.
