Fely joined Be Free in June 2012 assisting part-time with data entry and accounts reconciliation. Previously, she was a Trade Union Officer in the Philippines. Fely graduated from the Philippine School of Business Administration in Manila with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and received her Philippine CPA license in 1987.
